Chinalure meets that requirement at the source: the card, the print and the glue we specify are tested against the standards our customers actually get asked about, and the certificates are published here.
The reports below are the original laboratory documents, published as issued. Download whichever ones your compliance team needs - English and Chinese versions are both provided where available. If you require a report for a standard, a material or a market that is not listed yet, or a certificate re-issued in your own company's name, contact us and we will arrange the testing.

What each standard covers
- EU REACH (EC) 1907/2006Restricts substances of very high concern (SVHC) in articles placed on the EU market. We screen cardboard, coatings, inks and adhesives against the candidate list.
- EN 71-3Migration of certain elements from toy materials. Applied to printed card and coated surfaces, since children's hands touch the packaging.
- Directive 94/62/ECEU packaging and packaging waste directive, which caps the combined content of lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium.
- California Proposition 65US state requirement to warn on, or keep below safe-harbour levels, listed chemicals. The threshold most often tested on packaging is lead at 100 ppm.
- EU RoHS (2011/65/EU)Restriction of hazardous substances. We run it on the board and the inks so that the packaging documentation matches the electrical-goods documentation many of our buyers already keep.
- US TSCA / TPCHTSCA covers the five PBT substances and the US model toxics-in-packaging legislation (TPCH) caps heavy metals in packaging sold in the United States.
- Food-contact testingFor packaging that may touch bait directly, tests are run against EU 1935/2004, FDA chloroform-extractables or the German LFGB sensory requirements, as the customer's market requires.
- EU PPWRThe EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation, covering material composition and recyclability of the fibre-based packaging we supply.
Reports are published exactly as issued by the testing laboratories, so that our customers can verify the compliance of the packaging materials supplied by Chinalure Group. The certificate reference numbers can be checked directly with the issuing laboratory.
A test report covers the specific material and batch sampled on the date shown. If your market, your buyer or your own compliance team requires an additional standard, or a report for a material that is not listed, we will commission it - tell us what you need.
